Privacy policy
Última actualización: 2026-07-01
This policy explains how [[COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME]] (“we”) processes personal data through the trackingcompliant.com website and its tools. It is deliberately short, because the site is built to process as little data as possible.
The short version
- This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics.
- The pixel analyzer and unsubscribe checker run entirely in your browser. What you paste never reaches our server.
- The link inspector sends the URL you submit to our server so it can follow redirects safely; we do not store it.
Controller
The data controller is [[COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME]], [[REGISTERED_ADDRESS]]. For any privacy request, contact [[CONTACT_EMAIL_PLACEHOLDER]] (data protection contact: [[DPO_CONTACT]]).
What we process, and why
| Context | Data | Purpose & basis | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Link inspector | The submitted URL; your IP address transiently, for rate-limiting | To perform the inspection you requested, and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest) | Not stored; rate-limit counters held in memory for at most a few minutes |
| Pixel analyzer / unsubscribe checker | None reaches us — analysis is client-side | — | — |
| Preference management (opt-out) | A per-recipient token, a timestamp, and your choice | To record and honour your withdrawal of consent (legal obligation / your request) | As required to evidence that your choice is honoured |
| Web server logs | Standard request logs (IP, timestamp, path), if enabled by the host | Security and operation (legitimate interest) | Short-term, per hosting configuration |
Note: the preference-management flow (and the exact data it records) is delivered by the sender's back-end. This policy describes the platform surface; the sender operating it is responsible for the processing behind the opt-out.
What we do not do
- We do not ask you to enter your email address to opt out — the personal link identifies you.
- We do not build profiles of visitors to this site.
- We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

Changes
We will update this page if our processing changes, and revise the date above.
