Consistent with what this platform advocates, this site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. We only use storage that is strictly necessary for the site to function, which under Article 82 of the Loi Informatique et Libertés (and Article 5(3) ePrivacy) does not require consent.

These are the only things we persist. tc-theme never leaves your browser;
tc-lang is a functional cookie, so it is sent with your requests to let our server
route you to the right language. Neither contains an identifier, and neither is used to track
you across sites or build a profile.
What we do not use
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No analytics or measurement cookies (no Google Analytics, no equivalents).
- No social-media or third-party embeds that would set cookies.
- No cross-site tracking of any kind.
Why there's no cookie banner
Consent banners exist to obtain consent for non-essential storage. Because we use none, there is nothing to consent to — so we don't interrupt you with a banner. If that ever changes, we will ask first and update this page.
